How is everybody doing? It’s been a while since we’ve blogged but 2020 has been ….well, you know.
We hope everyone is continuing to stay safe during this unsettling and difficult time. We have and will continue to work with you and your pets to make sure they are getting the care they need.
We want to say a huge thank you to everyone for understanding the challenges we have faced as a clinic during this time. It hasn’t been easy, but your support has been immeasurable. We hope as the months go by restrictions will slowly start to ease and we can get back to a sense of normalcy. However, for the forseeable future we will continue with curbside service for your safety and for that of our staff.
And now Christmas is here!
We just wanted to give everyone a heads up and let you know we will be closed during the week between Christmas and New Years - we have never done this before but as mentioned above, 2020 is a year of adaptation and change. Our staff has worked extremely hard throughout Covid and they are tired. This will be a much needed break for all of us. The following emergency clinics will be available during the holidays. (Kawartha Veterinary Emergency Clinic and Animal Emergency Clinic of Durham Region). We will close from noon on Thursday December 24th and reopen 8 AM on Monday January 4th.
We would encourage you to stock up early on any foods or medications that your pets will need during this time. Don’t forget we have our webstore where you can have your pet’s food, toys, and treats delivered to your front door. There is free shipping for orders over $50. https://www.myvetstore.ca/PineRidge
Thank you again everyone. We will face 2021 together!!
